Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping services are provided on a permanent part-time basis or as required, depending on the needs of the client. These services compliment the exchange of information between the client and their accountant. Accounting or taxation advice is not provided. Services include:

BAS and IAS Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of client. Payroll Setup and / or ongoing processing on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

General / nominal ledger Process payments from cheque butts, eft and petty cash summaries. Deposits entered from deposit books or bank statements. Chart of accounts Establishment and maintenance of chart of accounts as per client and / or accountant.

Reconciliations Reconcile bank and credit card statements to verify information, thereby providing more accurate information to business owner and accountant. Creditor maintenance Maintain creditors ledger by processing invoices received and payments made in order to provide an accurate creditors report.
